APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING MOLTEN IRONS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOLTEN IRONS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A molten iron manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method using the same are provided to easily produce molten iron by sorting hydrogen and carbon monoxide in order to reduce raw materials of iron ore. CONSTITUTION: A molten iron manufacturing apparatus comprises a raw material preprocessing facility (10), an iron making byproduct gas preprocessing facility (20), a prereduction/reduction reactor (30), and a smelting reduction reactor (40). The raw material preprocessing facility sorts and preprocesses raw materials of iron ore to be appropriate for reduction. The prereduction reactor comprises a first riser tube and a second riser tube, and the transferred raw materials of iron ore are prereduced by reducing gas. The reduction reactor reduces the transferred partially reduced iron. The smelting reduction reactor produces molten iron by performing smelting reduction for the partially reduced iron.
