PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for securing a smooth use of an online system, even when a large amount of requests flow in.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment of the present invention, a flow rate control system includes: a queue retaining a plurality of pieces of processing-standby data; and a plurality of threads for simultaneously processing the processing-standby data to be provided from the queue. In the flow rate control system, the number of threads and the length of the queue are regulated for every prescribed multiple program of an output destination of the processing result data by the plurality of threads or for every output destination of the processing result data. |
