PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent picking by locking and unlocking a thumb turn in a door locking device where a dead bolt of a door is operated by the thumb turn.SOLUTION: In a locking device where an operation interlock part 47 moves a dead bolt of a door forward and backward by turning a thumb turn 40, a rotary cam 41 provided with a cam recess part 410 is fixed to a rotating shaft 400 of the thumb turn 40, a checker 21 is arranged which vertically moves to alternately engage with the cam recess part 410 and a valley part 310 of a lock plate 31, a key ridge number of lock plates 31 are set to the checker 21, and key ridges 360 inserted into openings 312 of the lock plates 31 push the inner edges of the openings 312 and rotate the lock plates 31 to align the valley parts 310 relative to the checker 21, which allows the checker 21 to fall and allows the thumb turn 40 to rotate, whereby the thumb turn 40 is placed in lock and unlock states to be locked and unlocked. |
