PURPOSE: An inter-cell interference coordination method and a wireless communication system performing the same are provided to efficiently coordinate inter-cell interference by controlling Maximum Ratio Transmission (MRT) beamforming power based on Quality of Service (QoS) which each terminal feeds back. CONSTITUTION: A first device calculates a beamforming vector (S203). The first device transmits a signal to a first terminal by using the calculated beamforming vector. The first device receives QoS, which corresponds to the transmitted signal, from the first terminal (S205). The first device determines whether the received QoS satisfies a given first standard (S209). The first device transmits the information, which indicates whether the received QoS satisfies the given first standard, to a first base station (S213, S217, S219).
