PURPOSE: A double injection molding method for air vent modules and a double injection mold used for the same are provided to easily perform works as products can be molded in a state in which the molding and the assembling are automatically performed. CONSTITUTION: A double injection molding method for air vent modules comprises a step of preparing a turntable (3), a step of first molding a horizontal vane, a step of changing the position, a step of secondly molding a fixed link and an operational link, and a step of returning to the initial position. The step of returning to the initial position comprises the following steps: performing the double injection by a second molding cavity as a first lower mold (12) is positioned at the lower part of a second upper mold (21) and a second middle mold (23), and a second molding resin is injected. An air vent module in which horizontal vanes secondly molded from the first lower mold are mutually connected and assembled by the fixed link and the operational link is extracted after opening the mold. The first lower mold is positioned at the lower part of a first upper mold (11) and a second middle mold (13) by the rotation of the turntable. A second lower mold (22) is also combined by being positioned at the lower part of the second middle mold and the second middle mold. |
