PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measuring apparatus capable of obtaining the concentration distribution of a measuring object substance without collecting a liquid or a gas containing the measuring object substance.SOLUTION: A concentration measuring apparatus 2 which irradiates a gas containing a substance to be a measuring object with laser light and measures a concentration of the substance by detecting the laser light which transmits the gas includes: transparent plates 21 and 22 arranged on a first wall part 11 and a second wall part 12 which surround the internal space of equipment 10, respectively; and a cylinder 20, one end of which is a transparent plate 21 and the other end of which is a transparent plate 22 and in which the laser light transmits across from transparent plate 21 to the transparent plate 22 in parallel to the axial direction. The cylinder 20 is partitioned into a plurality of cells CE1, CE2,and CE3 by a transparent partition part 23 and the transparent plates 21 and 22, and the cells CE1, CE2, and CE3 have an opening 27 connected to an external suction device and an opening 24 through which the gas of the internal space is sucked into the cell by the suction device. |
