PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder allowing the cutting of paper by only one hand though pressing a paper cutter by one hand to lock the paper and thereafter cutting the paper by the other hand when cutting the paper in a conventional paper holder.SOLUTION: A front part of a paper holder body (4) is provided with a cam lock arm (1) and a cutter plate (2).
