PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information management system or the like which can widely acquire customer information without depending only on a commodity purchase history of a customer, sell a commodity efficiently for a commercial facility and the like, and acquire useful information even for a customer.SOLUTION: A customer information management system 1 comprises: a mobile phone 2 having car navigation means 2a; and a server 4 communicating with the mobile phone via a network 3 and including storage means 4b which stores customer information on a customer using the mobile phone and a moving record of the mobile phone acquired by the car navigation means 2a, and moving tendency information generation means 4c which generates moving tendency information on the customer using the mobile phone on the basis of the customer information and the moving record. The storage means stores a commodity purchase history of a customer for a commercial facility, and also can include commodity purchase tendency information generation means 4d generating commodity purchase tendency information of a customer. |
