PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a distance between a terminal in an X-ray generation tube and a front surface plate inner surface in an X-ray generator.SOLUTION: A hollow case 10 has a front surface plate, and one side part 12L and the other side part 12R thereof are curved so as to surround a center axis of the X-ray generation tube 26. That is, the parts 12L and 12R have a cylindrical surface form. Thus, a distance between terminals 42 and 44 and the front surface plate inner surface is increased, and a spark is not easily generated between them. A partition plate for accelerating a convection current may be provided inside the hollow case. Also, a plurality of fins or the like may be provided on the front surface plate. |
