PURPOSE: An insulating and waterproof structure is provided to improve construction efficiency as processes are minimized by not performing a plastering process and an adhesive application process. CONSTITUTION: An insulating and waterproof structure includes a laminated sheet (20), an anchor (25), an insulation sheet (30), a waterproof sheet (40), a waterproof material (50), a reinforcing member (60), and a waterproof layer (70). The laminated sheet is arranged on the upper surface of a building with a gap. A metal sheet (22) and a fiber sheet (21) are layered so that the laminated sheet is formed. A plurality of the insulation sheets is arranged in between the adjacent laminated sheets. The waterproof sheet is arranged in order to cover the upper surface of the insulation sheet, the upper end of the anchor, and the edge of the laminated sheet. The waterproof material is coated on between the adjacent waterproof sheets and between the upper surface of the laminated sheet and the bottom surface of the waterproof sheet. |
