PURPOSE: A positive active material has improved electric conductivity, reduced resistance, excellent output performance, and excellent charging rate by spreading a specific conductive polymer on a part of the surface of a spinel structured lithium nickel manganese complex oxide. CONSTITUTION: A positive active material is formed of a spinel structured lithium nickel manganese complex oxide represented by chemical formula 1: A positive active material. The area of a conducting polymer spread on the surface of the spinel structured lithium nickel manganese complex oxide is 30-100%. In the chemical formula 1, 0.9<=x<=1.2, 0<y<2, and 0<=z<0.2; M is one or more elements selected from Ai, Mg, Ni, Co, Fe, Cr, V, Ti, Cu, B, Ca, Zn, Zr, Nb, Mo, Sr, Sb, W, Ti, and bi; and A is an anion with a valence of -1 or -2. |
