PURPOSE: A production method of production method of fried laver using lotus roots is provided to offer yellow green color, excellent eating texture, and savory taste. CONSTITUTION: 100 parts by weight of glutinous rice gruel and 2-5 parts by weight of lotus leaf powder are mixed to obtain glutinous rice paste. The glutinous rice paste is coated on the surface of laver. Lotus root slices are attached to the glutinous rice paste which is coated on the laver. Cooked glutinous rice crushed materials are sprinkled on the glutinous rice paste and the lotus root slices. The laver with the cooled glutinous rice crushed materials is dried. The lotus root slices are obtained by soaking fresh lotus root slices in water mixed with salt and vinegar, and dehydrating the lotus root slices. The thickness of the lotus root slices is 1-2 mm. |
