PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pilot valve unit wherein a gas passage is arranged efficiently in a small-sized manifold.SOLUTION: An oxygen concentrator has a constitution including intake valves 8, 9 and exhaust valves 10, 11 for controlling to open/close intake and exhaust gas by pilot air, and a manifold part 51 where passages for circulating pilot air, intake and exhaust gas are formed. The manifold part 51 is provided with a raw material passage 52 communicating with a compressor 3, first and second adsorption part passages 53A, 53B communicating with adsorption cylinders 12, 13, an exhaust passage 54 communicating with the outside, and a pilot introduction path 55 for introducing pilot air, and a third region L, where the pilot introduction path 55 is formed, is allowed to be independent of a first region H and a second region M where the raw material passage 52, the first and second adsorption part passages 53A, 53B, and the exhaust passage 54 are formed, and each region is arranged in a direction along the intake valves 8, 9 and the exhaust valves 10, 11. |
