PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness with which even many electric wires can be surely joined and the degree of freedom of arrangement of the electric wires is high, and a manufacturing method of the wire harness.SOLUTION: An insulation cover 5 at an end of an electric wire 3 is removed for a prescribed length, and an electric wire conductor part 7 in the inside is exposed. The plurality of electric wires 3 obtained in such a manner are turned to the same direction and gathered. At the time, the positions of the distal ends of the electric wire conductor parts 7 are matched. Also at least at the distal end parts of the electric wire conductors 3, the adjacent electric wire conductor parts 7 are arranged so as to be in contact with each other. In the state, a laser 15 is irradiated from an end face direction of the gathered electric wire conductor parts 7, in a roughly axial direction of the electric wire 3. At the time, a focus of the laser 15 is adjusted so as to be at a distal end position of the electric wire conductor part 7. |
