PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measurement device for reliably discriminating an appliance which is ignited by pilot flame.SOLUTION: In a flow rate measurement device 1, to the downstream of which a plurality of gas appliances are connected, the flow rate measurement device includes: a flow rate measurement part 2; and a time measurement part 3. Flow rate measurement is performed by the flow rate measurement part 2 at a predetermined timing by clocking of the time measurement part 3, and when an obtained flow rate value is a first predetermined flow rate Q1 and a second predetermined flow rate Q2 which are temporary continuous, it is certainly determined that gas appliances are the ones such as a fire place, which are ignited by pilot flame. |
