PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly change over the rotation restriction of a front side sheath to a base side sheath between effectiveness and ineffectiveness, in a high-frequency treatment tool for an endoscope including a configuration wherein the front side sheath installed with an electrode wire in a state that the electrode wire is exposed between a pair of electrode passage holes is connected to the front side of the base side sheath rotatably around the axis and movably forward and backward in the axial direction.SOLUTION: A high-frequency treatment tool for an endoscope includes pull-in restriction stoppers 6, 7 abutting on each other such that it is restricted that a front side sheath 3 is pulled into a base side sheath 1 over them in a state that a thick diameter part 3C of the front side sheath 3 is pushed out forward from inside a distal end mouth of the base side sheath 1 if an electroconductive operation wire 2 is performed with a push-in operation from the rear end side. |
