PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly perform management of a roll sheet material.SOLUTION: A management device 1 for use in management of a roll sheet material 2 includes: a member 21 which is attached to the roll sheet material; a storage means which is provided in the member 21 and which stores information associated with the roll sheet material 2 fitted with the member 21; a detection means which is provided in the member 2, and which detects at least partial information of the information or information forming the basis for the at least partial information; a writing means which is provided in the member 21, and which writes the information detected by the detection means or information based on the information detected by the detection means, into the storage means; and an output means which is provided in the member 21, and which outputs the information, stored in the storage means, to the outside. |
