PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device that has a fixing belt, and is capable of improving peelability of recording paper from the fixing belt to provide an excellent fixed image.SOLUTION: A fixing device 50 of the present invention includes: a heating roller 2 comprising a heat source therein; a fixing roller 4 comprising an elastic body on the surface; a fixing belt 3 laid over the heating roller 2 and the fixing roller 4 to rotate; and a pressure roller 6 pressing the fixing roller 4 with the fixing belt 3 interposed therebetween. The fixing device 50 further has a peeling roller 7 that is provided on the downstream side in the rotation direction of the fixing belt 3 of the pressing part, and presses the fixing belt 3 against the pressure roller 6 from inside. The outer diameter of the peeling roller 7 is made smaller than that of the fixing roller 4. |
