PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the looseness of a winding portion from a tooth portion.SOLUTION: In a stator 10, each of a plurality of windings 16U has a jumper wire 28U that is wired along a coupling portion 34U and connects a plurality of winding portions 26U. A jumper wire 28U1 connected to a winding start end of any winding portion 26U and a jumper wire 28U2 connected to a winding finish end of the any winding portion 26U of the jumper wires 28U are crossed near a connection portion between the coupling portion 34U and an insulating portion 32U.
