PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an error in fee calculation of commercial power caused by an autonomous operation of power transfer among a plurality of users.SOLUTION: A voltmeter 300 included in an autonomous operation system includes a storage unit 303 capable of accumulating and storing electric energy having flown through a lead-in wire 104 of a power distribution system, and an amount switching unit 305 for switching whether or not the electric energy is accumulated in the storage unit 303. A signal input unit 306 determines whether or not an autonomous operation using the lead-in wire 104 is being executed on the basis of an autonomous operation notification signal from the outside, and the amount switching unit 305 is controlled so as to prevent accumulation of electric energy in the storage unit 303 during the autonomous operation. |
