PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium, an information recording device, and an information reproduction device capable of improving a recording density without decreasing an amount of slider floating.SOLUTION: An information recording device or an information reproduction device using an information recording medium according to the present invention is able to use heating means when recording or reproducing information to decrease a gap between a recording region of a recording medium and a recording element or a reproduction element, so that a recording density of the information recording medium can be improved without decreasing the device reliability of the information recording device or the information reproduction device.
