PURPOSE: Complex exercise equipment is provided to ensure convenience and to promote erector muscle exercise for waist and hip joint. CONSTITUTION: Complex exercise equipment comprises: a base(10); a plurality of rotators(20) which is rotationally mounted on the base and rotates in an opposite direction; a pair of actuators(34) which is connected to the rotator, is rotationally supported on the base, and promotes muscular motion; and a rotation unit which induces pendular movement of the actuators by rotation of the rotators in an opposite direction. |
