PURPOSE: A method for predicting the gas flow fluctuation of blasting furnace is provided to calculate the pressure value of the stock level of the blasting furnace and predict the gas flow fluctuation of the blasting furnace based on the change of the pressure value. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting the gas flow fluctuation of blasting furnace comprises the following steps of: calculating the pressure value of the stock level of the blasting furnace(10); and predicting the gas flow fluctuation of the blasting furnace based on the change of the pressure value. The pressure value of the stock level is calculated by an equation(1). Equation(1) The pressure of stock level = ((G0 - G10 - GSL)×(the average pressure of S10- the average pressure of S12) / (G10 - G12)) + the average pressure of S10. The pressure fluctuation rate of stock lever is calculated by the pressure value and then the gas flow fluctuation of the blasting furnace is predicted by the pressure fluctuation rate. |
