PURPOSE: A dye processing method of cotton fiber product is provided to remove residual fruit tree in the processing liquid efficiently by adding enzyme in refining and bleaching steps. CONSTITUTION: A dye processing method of cotton fiber product comprises the steps of: rising a temperature to 50-60 deg. C by injecting polyoxyethylenealkylether group permeating agent, and phosphonic acid chelating agent in a bath dipped with a cotton fiber product; injecting 1.0-2.0 g/L of cellulose and processing it for 30-40 minutes; adding 0.1-0.3 g/L of bleaching agent and 4.0-8.0 g/L of hydrogen peroxide liquid, 2.0-5.0 g/L of triacetin, 1.0-3.0 g/L of Na2CO3, 0.1-0.5 g/L of phosphate group stabilizing agent after rising the temperature to 70-80 deg. C then processing it for 30-40 minutes; cooling the outcome at room temperature; rising the temperature to 80-90 deg. C and processing it for 10-20 minutes; rapidly cooling the outcome to 45-55 deg. C; adding 1.0-3.0 g/L of catalase then processing it for 10-20 minutes; cooling the outcome to 35-45 deg. C; rising the temperature to 55-65 deg. C after adding Natrii sulfas; adding soda ash (sodium carbonate) and processing it for 50-70 minutes. |
