FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics, particularly to solid pharmaceutical compositions for the immune system suppression and multiple sclerosis treatment. The pharmaceutical composition exhibiting improved flowability contains a S1P receptor modulator representing 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenyl)ethyl]propane-1,3-diol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, lactulose, polyethylene glycol-6000 and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
