PURPOSE: A prefabricated type portable fluid tank assembly is provided to open and close by separately controlling pause and resume of fluid supplement according to charge and exhaustion of fluid. CONSTITUTION: A first tank (10) comprises an upper part fitting area and a first water level detecting tool. The second tank (20) is fixed in a mounting part of the first tank and includes a second water level detecting tool. First filler and second filler (30B) comprise a valve which blocks fluid with the first and second water level detecting tools when water is full. A first pipe is adjacently arranged on the bottom surface of the first tank. A second pipe (41b) is connected to the first pipe and is arranged by being distanced from the bottom surface of the first tank and is penetrated through the sidewall of the first tank. An extrinsic intestinal tract (43) of a first exhausting part (40A) is connected to an extension spray lance (43a) through a pump (P). A cabinet (50) has 1 to 3 shelves (51,53,55) from lower part to upper part.
