With the help of a system of diaphragms and photodetectors they identify fragments of the image along the direction of the gas plasma flow, and by time variations of fragment brightness they determine speed of flow expansion. The element composition of the gas plasma flow separated by masses of particles is determined as a result of analysis of time variations of spectral composition of glow of the gas plasma flow image fragment identified with the help of a fibre optic cable.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to perform measurements remotely and efficiently.3 dwg
