FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, namely, to aircraft air intake assembly. Proposed assy comprises air intake structure with air intake edge 7 and acoustic jacket 5 extending downward from said edge 7 that is intended for installation at fixed structural element 2. Said air intake structure can displace relative to fixed structural element 2 between working position whereat said edge 7 contacts with said jacket 5 and servicing position whereat said edge 7 is displaced upward from said jacket 5.
