FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of pellet powder for small arms, particularly for a 7.62 mm automatic cartridge. The powder contains nitrocellulose, nitroglycerine, diphenylamine, centralite I, centralite II, dinitrotoluene, graphite, ethyl acetate and moisture. The starting material is nitrocellulose with nitrogen oxide content of 212.5-214.2 ml NO/g and recyclable non-phlegmatised wastes from previous operations.
