FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to units intended for fitting bearing assy on railway car mounted axle by pressing. Proposed unit comprises two vertical fixed struts articulated in pairs with moving vertical struts. Sliding barrel is arranged between vertical fixed struts with first center and drive of parts to be pressed on. Sliding spring-loaded stop is arranged between moving vertical struts to rest on stack of plate springs with second center. Lift-turn device with mounted axle support, lift and turn mechanism is arranged at lower buckles. In compliance with first version, proposed unit comprises mounted axle unloading and positioning device to locate the mounted axle in height. In compliance with second version, lift-turn device comprises turntable to rest on the bed via rolls, two air cylinders with top and bottom permissible position pickups and support with thrust prisms for mounted axle.EFFECT: accurate horizontal position of mounted axle in pressing.8 cl, 9 dwg |
