PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to arrange a wiring line by flattening a protrusion part which has a bigger roughness on a decoration part or which is formed to be thinker and more protruding than other areas. CONSTITUTION: A printing part is formed on a transparent window (210). A flattening part (230) covers the upper part of the printing part. A wiring line (240) is formed on the flattening part. The printing part includes a first-degree printing part (220) and a second-degree printing part (225). The first-degree printing part is formed on one side of the transparent window. The second-degree printing part is formed on the upper part of the first-degree printing part.
