A method for the protection of bar code against falsification provides for application of at least one authentication mark containing information on object, further reading out this information and information of bar code by scanner, comparison of result obtained with database of real objects in the data processing device. Reflecting element is used as an authentication mark, and when scan information doesn’t correspond to data on real objects, the data processing device emits sound and/or light signal. |
