A vibration machine for drying granulated and discrete materials in vibro-boiling bed includes a body in U-like form with end walls. The shafts of the sections of the vibrator are placed along the body in U-type form in plane. The body of the U-like form is made continuous, and the unbalanced mass vibration generator is controlled. On the neighboring side wall of parallel sections in U-type form at the side of autonomous drives that are synchronized in free way a cut between two sections is provided. In the central part of the first section in U-type form, along its axis, an electric fire-bar element is placed. To its opposite end wall in the first section of the U-type form a loading cone is fixed, and in the second section of the U-type form an unloading cone is fixed. In the lower part of the second section of the U-like form along its axis a hollow branch pipe with gas-distribution openings is placed, this with its dead end is fixed to the end wall on which loading and unloading cones are fixed, and with the open end it is fixed to the end wall through which electric contacts of the fire-bar element go out, and to the flange of pneumatic network. |
