The invention relates to the area of machine-building and can be used in construction of disc brake for the lift and transportation vehicles. The disc brake with one-side application of locking force includes the brake shoes placed at two sides of the brake disc, and the brake modules that include booster jacks and spring packs for interaction with the respective brake shoe and its displacement with respect to the brake disc. Each brake shoe is fixed with possibility of motion on the fixed supports with a possibility of displacement with respect to the surface of the brake disc. The brake discs have a body that surrounds the brake shoes and is installed separately from the fixed supports with a possibility of displacement with respect to the surface of the brake disc. The invention makes it possible to decrease the load on the elements of the brake modules in relation to installation of those on a movable body, to increase reliability, service life and to decrease wear of friction facings. |
