A system for controlling ridership comprises a sensor for calculation of passenger traffic flow which is reliably fixed on first step at the entry into vehicle and has insensible motion of contact platform for information transfer to attached GPS system of ridership recording. The system is additionally equipped with second sensor for calculation of passenger traffic flow which is reliably fixed on the second step at the entry into vehicle and has insensible motion of contact platform for information transfer to attached GPS system of ridership recording, which information corresponds to number of passengers stepped out from the vehicle at each station.
