A device for the determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions includes a magneto-elastic sensor with magnetic writing head, direct current power supply source, smoothening filter, time relay with contact group and two control circuits, measuring and signaling unit connected to the pair of contacts of the time relay contact group. Each of pole tips of the open magnetic conductor of the magnetic writing head is provided with a writing winding, signal winding and arranged with through openings where two excitation windings in each are placed. At both sides of the main magnetic conductor two additional magnetic conductors with writing windings are placed, those are fixed to the main magnetic conductor through non-magnetic links. At the opposite side of the ferromagnetic construction at one axis with the center of the main magnetic conductor single-gap flux-sensitive reading head is placed. At the opposite side of the ferromagnetic construction, coaxially with the centers of the poles of the main magnetic conductor, double-gap flux-sensitive reading heads are placed, those are connected to the single-gap flux-sensitive reading head. |
