摘要 A method for beer stabilization by introduction of stabilizer and mixture ageing with subsequent beer filtering. Antioxidant from oak bark is used as a stabilizer, which is introduced into beer flow before relay tank of filtering apparatus in the amount of 20-30 mg/dm. At that beer ageing is carried out for 5-10 minutes.
