PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a window profile is provided to express three-dimensional effect by forming a fine embossing on the surface of the window profile using an embossing roll. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical roll(121) and a embossing sheet(122) are prepared. The embossing sheet is attached on the surface of the cylindrical roll. The embossings(H) of the embossing sheet pressurizes on the surface of a window profile(10) by the rotation of the cylindrical roll. A support part guides the window profile around the cylindrical roll. A heater is installed in the support part and generates heat wind toward the window profile. A driving part applies the rotation force to the cylindrical roll. |
