PURPOSE: An air conditioning system is provided to improve heating capacity by increasing the flow rate of refrigerants and to measure saturation temperature without an additional pressure gauge. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning system(100) comprises a condenser, a first expansion device(141), a second expansion device(142), an evaporator, a compressor(110), an injection valve(153), and a controller. The condenser condenses refrigerants. The first expansion device throttles the refrigerants passing through the condenser. The second expansion device throttles the refrigerants passing through the first expansion device. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerants passing through the second expansion device. The compressor comprises first and second compression units. The first compression unit compresses the refrigerants passing through evaporator. The second compression unit compresses the refrigerants passing through the first compression unit and the refrigerant injected between the first and second expansion devices. The injection valve throttles the refrigerants injected to the second compression unit. When the pressure and enthalpy of the refrigerants injected to the second compression unit are out of a pre-set normal operation range, the controller shields the injection valve. |
