BREAKING UNIT AND SCRIBE APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A breaking unit and a scribe apparatus having the same are provided to improve efficiency by performing multiple breaking to a scribe line. CONSTITUTION: A scribe line is formed on a substrate. A first braking unit (100) firstly performs braking of the scribe line. A second braking unit (200) is installed in the first braking unit. The second braking unit provides power following a direction which brakes to the substrate. The second braking unit secondly performs braking of the substrate and divides the substrate into a first unit substrate and a second unit substrate.
