<p>The method involves performing heat treatment of a mixture comprising oxide precursor blowing agent, which is a complex coordination comprising of uranium, plutonium and/or a minor actinide, where the coordination complex is converted to oxide. The complex of coordination is selected among oxalates compounds, carbonates compounds, hydroxides compounds and peroxides compounds. The complex of coordination is output from of a precipitation reaction of a reprocessing nuclear flow including uranium, plutonium and/or minor actinide. The minor actinide is associated with an anionic group and a cationic group, where the cationic group is selected among hydraziniums cations, ammoniums cations and protons.</p> |
