A method for the charge pelletizing comprises charging the initial burden into the barrel and unloading the pelletized charge from the barrel, moving the charge in the barrel from the inlet to the discharge end, with combining the barrel rotation with a cyclic change in the angle of inclination of its axis of rotation. At that the vibration cycle of the pelletizer starts from the reentrant angle of the axis of the barrel rotation of an angle 0 ... +8 degrees relatively to a horizontal plane, with the following cyclical variations from the reentrant angle of rotation axis of the barrel, with the amplitude of oscillation in the vertical plane ± (4-12) degrees and stops at the upper barrel position for 0.5-3 minutes. At that the minimal time of the barrel stop corresponds to a greater angle of the barrel rotation drive axle in the upper position, and the frequency of the vertical movement of the barrel between the stops 4-8 oscillations per minute.
