NATURE-FRIENDLY NANO- CAPSULE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An environment-friendly nanocapsule is provided to maintain the functionality of the environment-friendly material by calculating an optimal extraction condition for the supercritical fluid extraction method to ensure thermal, chemical stability during the extraction. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly nanocapsule contains at least one dispersing agent from polyvinyl alcohol, polyurethane, and glyceryl polymethacrylate inside the capsule. A manufacturing method of the environment-friendly nanocapsule comprises steps of: a step of preparing an aqueous solution for the dispersing agent by dissolving the dispersing agent in distilled water; a step of preparing a reaction solution by adding and mixing an environment-friendly material with the aqueous solution with the dispersing agent; a step of manufacturing nanoparticles by dispersing the said reacted solution by a nano-dispersion device; and a step of manufacturing the nanocapsule by adding a material to form an exterior wall to the said dispersed solution.
