A cleaning device comprises a drive, on whose shaft a conical sieve is mounted so that a cone generatrix in a cleaning zone is located horizontally and in an unloading area - vertically and a collector for cleaned liquid mounted inside the conical sieve. The conical sieve around the base of cone is rigidly connected to a flange stopper made in the form of a hollow truncated cone mounted so that its larger base is turned to the top of conical sieve; the sieve generatrix is inclined to the larger base at an angle of 30-35°. In the upper part of the cone an annular limiter is mounted perpendicularly to the motor shaft and coaxially with the latter. Annular and flange limiters have equal width, whose value is determined by limits, where D - equivalent diameter of maximum of inclusion on the surface of sieve. In the area of vertical positioning of the sieve generatrix inside the cone equipment is installed for cleaning the sieve surface made in the form of a pipe section with nozzles for supply of pressurized air or water. |
