PURPOSE: A light emitting device package is provided to simultaneously improve reflexibility and heat dissipation by forming a reflective surface with an incline on a lead frame. CONSTITUTION: A body (110) has a cavity (112) which is inwardly recessed. A first lead frame (200) and a second lead frame (300) are installed on the body. The first lead frame is electrically separated from the second lead frame. The first lead frame includes a first exposure region (210) which is exposed through the cavity of the body. The first exposure region includes a first reflective surface (221) and a second reflective surface (222). A light emitting device (120) is arranged in the cavity of the body and is electrically connected to the first lead frame and the second lead frame. |
