PURPOSE: A touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to optimize the diameter of a silver nano-wire, thereby minimizing the diffuse reflection of light by silver. CONSTITUTION: Substrates (110,112) are prepared. Each of transparent electrodes (122,124) is formed on each substrate. The transparent electrode comprises a metal nano-wire. The diameter of the metal nano-wire is greater than 30 nm and less than 45 nm. The metal nano-wire forming the transparent electrode is coated on the substrate. The substrate is hardened. The length of the metal nano-wire is from 30 to 45μm. The metal nano-wire comprises a silver nano-wire.
