<p>PURPOSE: A system for supplying information on smart social groups and a method thereof can form a particular information contributing group with high reliability. CONSTITUTION: Smart information, which acquaintances already registered, and the smart information, which each acquaintance in a tree structure registered in a telephone directory of the acquaintance already registered, are registered. A user terminal on which a smart information management application (4) performing the management on shearing and shearing rating setting is mounted is included.
