PURPOSE: A mobile display controlling system and a controlling method thereof are provided to prevent an unnecessary display driving by controlling a display state according to a work progress situation which is requested to a mobile device. CONSTITUTION: A user input unit (110) receives a work request of a mobile device. A driving control unit (120) controls an on/off state of a display unit according to the input signal of the user input unit. A control mode determining unit (140) determines the control mode of the display unit according to a progress state of a user work which is inputted through the user input unit. A work executing unit (160) executes a work which is requested in the user input unit.
