PURPOSE: A system for automatically processing nuts is provided to simultaneously control each servo motor by supplying the same electric signals to the each servo motor and to reduce troubles by reducing the load in a process with an auxiliary tap for preventing the eccentricity and preventing cutting chips from discharging. CONSTITUTION: A system for automatically processing nuts comprises a shelf device (10), a transfer device (20), and a control box (30). The control box includes a controller (31), a power unit (32), and an uninterrupted power supply module (100). An auxiliary tap for preventing the eccentricity is formed between a tap (21) and a rotary servo motor (22). A ball bearing is installed inside the auxiliary tap with a spring and is moved by a tolerance according to changes of the concentricity. |
