摘要 PURPOSE: A production method of pasta using black bean paste sauce is provided to prevent various life style diseases, and to prevent the oily taste of the pasta. CONSTITUTION: Black bean paste and squid ink is added to first vegetable oil, and the mixture is boiled to obtain black bean paste sauce. Onions, cabbages, potatoes, and pork belly are cut and roasted before adding second vegetable oil and the black bean paste sauce. Chicken stock and muscovado sugar are added to the black bean paste sauce mixture. Black rice puree, black pepper, and potato starch are added to the black bean paste sauce. Spaghetti noodles are produced by using wheat bran, gluten, and plantago bran. The spaghetti noodles are mixed with the black bean paste sauce. The vegetable oil is cooking oil or olive oil. The weight ratio of the wheat bran and gluten is 3-1:1.
